1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "bagi", "platform", or "service" refers to the website https://bagilogin.cam and all gaming and betting services operated under it. "User" or "member" refers to any person who has created or wishes to create an account on the bagi platform.

These terms and conditions constitute a valid agreement between the user and bagi. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, the user is considered to have unconditionally accepted these terms.

These terms must be read together with bagi's Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines. Those documents form an integral part of this agreement.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

To create an account on bagi, users must provide accurate and complete information. All registration details — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment information — must be truthful, correct, and up to date.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

bagi may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. It is the user's responsibility to provide the required documents promptly.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping the username and password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, bagi support must be notified immediately. Allowing a third party to use the account is prohibited.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

bagi's services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Any underage person creating an account or using the platform is strictly prohibited.

In addition, using bagi from any area where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted. It is the user's own responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable in their location.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Designated payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals on bagi. Currently, the minimum deposit and withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳500.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong entirely to them. Transactions using a third party's payment method or another person's account are prohibited.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bagi's welcome bonus is 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

5.1 Bonus Calculation Example

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a 200% bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the balance to ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only to a valid first deposit.
• The welcome bonus will not be awarded more than once per account.
• bagi reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus offer terms at any time.
• If any discrepancy in account information is found after a bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any misuse of a bonus will result in the account being suspended.

6 VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

bagi's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members move up to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

6.1 Weekly Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net loss
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% cashback

Weekly cashback is a share of the net loss after subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week. For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

6.2 Cashback Terms

Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to the member's account. There are no additional wagering requirements on cashback. However, if any irregularity or prohibited activity is suspected on the account, cashback will be put on hold.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bagi platform. Any such violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activity
• Coordinating with others to collect bonuses through organised arrangements
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's systems or software
• Stealing or unauthorised use of another user's account details
• Registering an account using false information

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on bagi are governed by the following rules:

8.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet or game session has started, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Verify all details carefully before confirming a bet.

8.2 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a game or betting session, bagi will investigate and make a decision. Server logs and system records will be treated as definitive evidence. For any game disrupted due to technical reasons, bagi will endeavour to provide appropriate compensation.

8.3 Fair Play Policy

All games on bagi are run through fair and transparent technology. Each game result is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bagi may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• Suspicious financial transactions or concern about money laundering
• Unusual betting patterns aimed at exploiting a promotion or bonus
• On the order of a court or regulatory authority

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact bagi support. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

bagi is committed to providing the safest and most reliable service possible. However, bagi's legal liability is limited in the following areas:

• Issues related to the user's internet connection or device
• Losses resulting from the user providing incorrect information
• Force Majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors

11 Dispute Resolution

Any complaint or dispute regarding bagi's services must first be directed to our customer service team for resolution. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

11.1 Complaint Submission Process

If you have a complaint, send an email with a detailed description of the incident, the date, time, and relevant transaction ID. bagi will endeavour to provide an initial response within 72 hours and will resolve complex matters after a proper investigation.

12 Changes to Terms and Their Effect

bagi reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance by email or through a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes means the user has accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended to check this page regularly.

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, it will be considered void, but the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
